ICT Cricket Tournament is being held on February 26
'ICT Cricket Tournament' is going to be held for the second time on February 26. 16 teams will compete in a 16-over limited-time match at the Shyamoli Club ground in the capital. Naima Warriors will face the Exhibitus Garjan on the opening day at 8 am.
Along with the trophy of this five-day tournament, the champion team will receive taka one lakh. The runner up team will get 50 thousand taka. Man of the match in daily game will get 2000 taka and man of the match in final game will get 5000 taka. Man of the tournament will get 10 thousand taka.
Arra Technologies Limited, Badsha the King, CSI Fighters, Dhaka ICT Association, E-Set Strikers, Excel Royals, Exhibitus Gorjon, Global Avengers, In pace, Jabra Panacast, Motijheel Super Kings, Naima Warriors, Red Dragon, Warriors, StarX Tigers, Team Auras and TechLand Titans will enter the field with the dream of becoming the best.
The logo and jersey of the B-Track Technologies ICT Cricket Tournament was unveiled at BCS Innovation Center in the capital on Saturday. Before this, besides publishing the rules of the game, the match fixtures of the tournament were presented. In the press conference, the convener of the organizing committee and vice-president of BCS Md. Rashed Ali Bhuiyan presented the information about the game.
BCS President Engineer Subrata Sarkar presided over the press conference and BCS Treasurer Mohammad Nazrul Islam Helali, BCS Director Muhammad Monirul Islam, Event Committee Chairman Kazi Ashraful Alam, Tournament Committee Joint Convener Aktaruzzaman Tito, Title Sponsor B-Track Technologies Limited's Product and Business Development Director Principal AKM Didarul Islam along with sponsor organizations, ICT Cricket Tournament Organizing Committee and representatives of 16 teams were also present in the press conference.
It was also informed in the press conference of the tournament that each team will have 12 players. 09 players will enter the field. Each team shall consist of at least 2 BCS members and at least 1 shall participate in the game. The tournament will be held as per ICC rules.
The title sponsor of 'B-Track ICT Cricket Tournament 2023' under the management of Bangladesh Computer Association is B-Track Technologies Limited, Gold Sponsor is Gigabyte, MSI and TP-Link. The silver sponsors of the tournament are Ola, Netish, Rapo and South Bangla Computers.
